FAQ
Payment: We accept most credit cards, Electronic Debit
from checking, money orders, and personal checks. Credit orders can be processed
online using the secure PayPal website; or if you prefer, you can call us
with your credit card information. Call 951-491-9918 or 619-886-1178. If you
choose to pay with a personal check or money order, please email your order to
orders@symbolicembroidery.com.
Guarantee: All products ordered from Symbolic Embroidery are covered by
our 100% complete satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied,
or if we made a mistake, please notify us and we’ll do whatever needs to be done
to rectify the problem.
Returns: Symbolic Embroidery must authorize all returns. Please contact
us for a RA number.
Shipping: Most orders ship via the United States Postal Service Priority
Mail (2 or 3 day delivery). Priority Mail shipping charges will be calculated
when your order is placed.
Orders: All orders are custom; we don’t make it until you order it! (I
had to say that). Orders are usually shipped within 10 working days. If you need
it sooner, please notify us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Privacy: At Symbolic Embroidery, we respect your privacy. We will not
distribute, sell, rent, and / or loan any information regarding our customers to
any third party. We will however, release information to comply with the law.
This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for
fraud protection.
